An electromechanical device for actuating a lock (10) comprises a coupling mechanism (11) movable in rotation capable of being integral in rotation with a rotor of a lock cylinder (101) of a lock (100), an actuator for electrically rotating the coupling mechanism (11), and an operating button (15) movable in rotation adapted for manual engagement and making it possible to manually drive the coupling mechanism (11) in rotation. The coupling mechanism (11) comprises a rotating drive part capable of rotating a key (106) inserted in the rotor of the lock cylinder (101) or a connecting part (25) capable of constituting an adapter intermediate between the rotating drive part (20) and a coupling member (102) of the rotor of the lock cylinder (101) projecting from the rotor of the lock cylinder (101).
