The present invention relates to an anchoring device (100) in sand or in sandy soil, a stake (P) for a beach umbrella, comprising a sleeve for receiving said stake. According to the invention, the device (100) comprises a burying plate (Pf) made of a flexible or semi-rigid material on which the sleeve (Mn) is arranged perpendicularly, the sleeve (Mn) opening out on both sides. The parasol stake is mounted in the sleeve. We bury the plate in the sand. All that remains is to mount the parasol pole on the protruding part of the stake. The burial of this plate, which extends horizontally in a mass of sand, provides a powerful anchoring to the parasol stake, insofar as it is the mass of sand covering the plate which opposes the tearing by lifting of the device. In addition, the plate cannot move laterally in the mass of sand. Fig. 1
