A method of selecting time-frequency resources intended to be used by receiving equipment belonging to a broadcast group for the broadcasting of messages, devices and corresponding computer programs. The invention relates to the field of V2R. In order to allow the broadcasting of periodic messages, the transmitting equipment regularly checks whether or not time-frequency resources of a radio signal are used. When the sending equipment detects an available time-frequency resource, it selects it and uses it to broadcast its messages. The time it takes for the transmitting equipment to listen to all time-frequency resources is in the order of a second. Such listening time represents a drawback for services requiring a short latency time, such as services requiring the broadcasting of aperiodic messages. The proposed solution allows a transmitting equipment to select a time-frequency resource at any time according to its needs and without having to regularly check whether or not time-frequency resources are being used to broadcast data.
