The invention relates to phytoecdysones and their derivatives, intended for use in the treatment of a neuromuscular disease such as spinal muscular atrophy or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or more particularly in the treatment of alterations in muscle function caused by motor neuron disorders and the treatment of such conditions.
