The present invention relates to a bending absorption device (1) of a ski board, said absorption device (1) being intended to be placed at a front binding (3) of a ski binding. and comprising: - a base (5) intended to be fixed to the ski board, said base (5) comprising a lower face (52) intended to face the ski board and an upper face (53) opposite to the lower face (52), said base (5) further comprising a housing (54), and - a carriage (6) disposed within the housing (54) and movable in translation along an axis intended to be parallel to the axis longitudinal of the ski (L), and- at least one elastic element (7) for putting under stress on the carriage (6) along its axis of translation, said at least one elastic means (7) also being disposed in the housing (54) , the front binding (3) of the ski binding being intended to be placed on the upper face (53) of the base (5) and fixed to the carriage (6).
