An electrical busbar joining method, a joining platform, and an operation method for said joining platform. The electrical busbar joining platform comprises a loading unit (2) having a joining surface provided with blind holes (201) used for accommodating connecting cylinders (1) and in clearance fit with the connecting cylinders, an action unit (3) that impacts the loading unit or the electrical busbar to insert the connecting cylinders into prefabricated holes on the electrical busbar, a limiting unit (5) that limits the action of the electrical busbar along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a support unit (6) that supports the action unit and the limiting unit. The platform operation method comprises: using the loading unit to assemble the connecting cylinders into the prefabricated holes on a first electrical busbar by means of the action unit; using the action unit to insert the connecting cylinders, which have been assembled onto the first electrical busbar, into the prefabricated holes on a second electrical busbar. The electrical busbar joining method implements in stages simultaneous assembly of multiple connecting cylinders onto an electrical busbar, thereby enabling correct joining of two electrical busbars.
