A warning apparatus (102), comprising: a housing (104); attachment means (124) for attaching the housing (104) to a structure (195); at least one warning indicator means (110, 120) carried by or within the housing (104); and actuation means (142, 144, 146, 148, 150) for actuating the at least one warning indicator means (110, 120) into a or a respective warning mode thereof; wherein the attachment means (124) are constructed and arranged such that the housing is removably attachable to the structure (195), and wherein the warning indicator means (110, 120) comprises custom warning indicator means comprising: audio recording means for recording an audio clip, and audio playback means for playing back the audio clip when the warning indicator means is in a or a respective warning mode.
