A box 2 is open at one end and closed 3 at the other. A Plastic tray 10 is retained in place within the box by engagement 12 to a paper insert 9. The engagement can be achieved by the edges 9e of the insert being folded under its upper surface 9b to sandwich the outer flanges 10b of the trays between them. These edges can include slots 12a which engage with lugs 12b of the tray. The insert ideally has orifices 9c matching the shape of the open end of the tray cavities 10c and aligning with them. The cavities can include feet 10d opposite their open ends to rest on the base 3 of the box. The cavity can include inwardly projecting elastic grips 11 to retain the product. The paper insert could be two separate sheets matching the cavities openings to be glued together with the trays flanges sandwiched between them. Feet 9f can fold down from the lowest layer of the insert 9 to rest against the base 3 of the box.
