An electronic device, a PCB board, and a power tool. The electronic device comprises: a main body (1), a first electrical connection part (11), a variable resistor (111), a speed regulation contact (4), a commutating electrical connection part, a commutating contact (6), a speed regulation handle (3), and a commutating handle (5). The first electrical connection part (11) is connected to the main body (1) by means of melt adhesive curing and has one end exposed on the main body (1). The speed regulation handle (3) forms a first space with the main body (1). The speed regulation contact (4) and the variable resistor (111) are provided in the first space. When driven by the speed regulation handle (3), the speed regulation contact (4) and the variable resistor (111) relatively slide along the lengthwise direction of the variable resistor (111) to implement speed regulation. When driven by the commutating handle (5), the commutating contact (6) and the commutating electrical connection part relatively slide to implement commutation. The electronic device ensures speed regulation and communication functions of a power tool, and effectively reduces costs.
