Provided are a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication method and apparatus, and a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The V2X communication method comprises: a first terminal UE receiving indication information sent by a second UE; the first UE determining, according to the indication information, sidelink resource initialization information on a carrier 1; and the first UE sending and/or receiving a V2X message on the carrier 1 according to the sidelink resource initialization information.
