Provided are a wireless communication method and a terminal, wherein same can avoid the wasting of resources. The method comprises: a first terminal receiving a first transport block (TB) sent by a second terminal by means of a first sidelink; and the first terminal using a second sidelink to send, to the second terminal, feedback information for the first TB, wherein the feedback information is feedback information based on a code block group (CBG).
