The present invention relates to a polymer composite comprising a plasma-treated powdered polypropylene (PP) and a plasma-treated single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT), and a method for manufacturing the same, which is superior to eliciting more effective dispersion of SWNTs. It is characterized by exhibiting mechanical performance.
