The present invention relates to a sulfide-based solid electrolyte which can be used for the positive electrode of an all-solid-state battery with improved electronic conductivity and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, the sulfide-based solid electrolyte includes lithium element (Li), sulfur element (S), phosphorus element (P) and halogen element (X), and the halogen element (X) is chlorine element (Cl), bromine element It is selected from the group consisting of (Br), iodine element (I), and combinations thereof, and is characterized in that the molar ratio (Li/P) of lithium element (Li) to phosphorus element (P) is 6 to 9.
