The present invention relates to the preparation of an antidepressant animal model through selective expression suppression of TREK-1, and the present inventors use a Cre-loxP gene expression system to produce a TREK-1 knockdown animal model, a conditional TREK-1 shRNA. A transgenic mouse inducing expression was produced, and it was confirmed that the transgenic mouse showed an antidepressant effect against stress. Using the mouse produced according to the present invention can be used for research on important brain regions and related mechanisms that induce antidepressant effects, and is expected to be used for research on various diseases related to the TREK-1 gene.
