PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discontinue horse races excluded from racecourses, and to disqualify horses determined to be unsuitable for racehorses from breeding farms as horse race protection centers and scattered throughout the country. SOLUTION: In the horse racing protection center, there are a horse database that stores only individual characteristics of horses, an abandoned farm group database that stores unique characteristics of each abandoned farm, intellectual judgment data, a program, and a control device. Set up. The controller uses a program to compare the number of horses protected by the retired horse protection center with each area of abandoned farms in the abandoned farms database. Abandoned farms that fit the area required for grazing these horses are identified from the abandoned farm group, and these horses are transferred from the retired horse protection center to the identified abandoned farms for grazing.
