Automatic tracking device for welding line of arc welding robot

摘要

This invention relates to an automatic tracking device for welding line in an arc welding robot. When the welding robot tracks, errors which are generated due to the curve or circular welding line do not accumulate on this device. An arc source (1) is applied to the welded material (4) through welding torch (3). The current is detected by current transformer (5), and its output signal and the output signal of port (6) with contact probe are simultaneously applied to the analog signal processing section (A), which consists of sample and hold (S/H) circuit (7), integrator (8) and comparator (C). The above analog signal is applied to the digital signal processing section according to each channel.
