The subject matter discloses a method, the method comprises: calculating score of risk for blood toxicity over a time period, wherein the toxicity is associated with a level of insulin or a level of glucose in blood, wherein input of the calculating includes a dataset of a plurality of data points, each data point includes a first value of the level of glucose or a second value of the level of insulin in a certain time interval within the time period. In one embodiment, each of the data points is received from a sensor, the sensor sampling a user. In one embodiment, each of the data points is received from a processor, the processor simulating the dataset in accordance with behavior of the user.
