The present invention relates to a black currant vinegar containing antioxidant functionality, a method for manufacturing the same, and a black currant beverage base comprising the same, according to the present invention, (a) preparing acetic acid stock; (B) preparing a seed plant using acetic acid bacteria stock; (c) preparing a blackcurrant liquid by pre-processing the blackcurrant; (d) preparing blackcurrant vinegar by mixing and fermenting the blackcurrant liquid, vinegar and fermentation alcohol; It is possible to provide a method for producing blackcurrant vinegar containing antioxidant functionality, which comprises the steps of (e) aging the blackcurrant vinegar and (f) filtering the aged blackcurrant vinegar. Through this, it is possible to provide a black currant vinegar containing antioxidant functionality, and a black currant beverage base comprising the same.
