PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial electromagnetic exploration device and an aerial electromagnetic exploration method capable of accurately measuring the resistivity structure of the earth and increasing the exploration depth. A transmit loop is carried by a first aircraft. The receiving sensor is carried by the second aircraft. The first plane and the second plane fly away from each other. The transmission loop transmits the primary magnetic field. The transmitted primary magnetic field induces an induced current in the ground. The induced current thus generated generates a secondary magnetic field in the air. The reception sensor receives the generated secondary magnetic field and detects the intensity of the received secondary magnetic field. [Selection diagram] Figure 1
