The present invention has the ability to kill Enterobacter aerogens and Enterobacter cloaca and has a genome represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 sipoviridae bacteriophage isolated from nature Ent-AEP-1 (trusted No. KCTC 13569BP), and a method for preventing and treating diseases caused by Enterobacter aerogens or Enterobacter cloaca bacteria using a composition comprising it as an active ingredient.
