PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge processing system, a central unit, an exit tollgate device and a charge processing method capable of easily performing charge calculation reflecting various services. According to an embodiment, a toll processing system comprises a central unit, an entrance toll booth device, an exit toll booth device, and a route detection device. The central unit has a communication unit that communicates with the device. The entrance toll gate device performs an entrance process for a vehicle entering the entrance toll gate which is the entrance of the toll road. The exit toll gate device performs exit processing for a vehicle that enters an exit toll gate that is an exit of a toll road. The route detection device detects a vehicle passing through each route on the toll road. The toll on the toll road is determined from a basic table showing a toll corresponding to the correspondence between the entrance and the exit and a variable charge table showing the amount of change set for each route on the toll road.
