PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take the form of playing a stringed instrument into consideration to improve the accuracy in evaluation.SOLUTION: A stringed instrument performance evaluation device according to the present invention executes: performance sound acquisition processing of acquiring a performance sound of a stringed instrument; performance evaluation processing of calculating an evaluation value on the basis of the performance sound determined in the performance sound acquisition processing; performance form determination processing of determining the form of performance of a user who plays the stringed instrument; and correction processing of correcting the evaluation value calculated in the performance evaluation processing on the basis of the form of performance of the user determined in the performance form determination processing.
