This work history refinement device: retains both first history information indicating a work time period during which work was performed by a worker, and second history information indicating time series of at least one of the location of the worker, the movement speed of the worker, and the state of a motion flag indicating a motion status of the worker; acquires at least one time series from the second history information, said at least one time series having been obtained during the work time period indicated by the first history information; and, on the basis of at least one change in the acquired at least one time series, determines the time at which the worker began to move to the location where the worker performed the work, and the time at which the worker finished moving to the location.
