A zero-starch and binder-free starter compound feed for fish, and the preparation method thereof. The starter compound feed comprises fishmeal, copepod, casein, brine shrimp, beer yeast powder, dried earthworm, betaine, squid paste, fairy shrimp, squid, phospholipid, oyster, fish oil, vitamin mixture, exogenous multienzyme complex, mineral element mixture, biological preparation, EPA, and DHA. Trophic structure, dissolution rate, suspensibility and other physical characteristics of the feeds have been comprehensively taken into consideration that, the feed exhibit the characteristics of bioactive feed in all aspects, has rich and balanced nutrients, higher attractivity and high digestibility, promoting growth and improving survival rate.
