The present invention relates to a microphone driving apparatus and a digital microphone including the same. The microphone driving apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a voltage-current converter, a current-voltage converter, an analog-to-digital converter, a digital amplifier, and a gain controller. The voltage-to-current converter converts the acoustic signal to an output current signal based on the gain control signal. The current-to-voltage converter converts the output current signal to an amplified acoustic signal. The analog-to-digital converter converts the amplified acoustic signal into acoustic data. The digital amplifying unit amplifies the acoustic data into amplified acoustic data based on the gain control signal. The gain controller generates a gain control signal. The microphone driving apparatus and the digital microphone including the same according to the present invention have a wide dynamic range and can reduce the influence of noise.
