Blue Microphones Tiki and Spark Digital USB Microphones

Blue Microphone's Tiki is a 3-in. long USB microphone designed to automatically minimize the amount of background noise picked up and to automatically mute when appropriate (see Figure 3). An Intelligent Speech Mode can be used for voice recordings and with Skype, conference calls, and podcast recording. It brings the user's voice to the fore, while iZotope noise-cancelling technology minimizes the amount of background noise. The Natural Recording Mode is used for recording instrument and vocals. The Tiki microphone is a plug-and-play device which does not require drivers. It features two custom-designed condenser capsules and has a frequency range of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. A multi-colored LED indicates the status, including mute. The Tiki is packaged with an extended docking cable and carrying case. The microphone is compatible with Windows and Mac OS X (10.4.11 or higher).
