PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application mediation device and an application mediation system capable of successfully connecting both a user and an organization. SOLUTION: The call is sent to an application intermediary device that mediates a call-out terminal that transmits the entered application content and a call-in terminal that receives the application content transmitted from the call-out terminal via a network.
