The present invention relates to a method for predicting responsiveness to cancer drug therapy for colorectal cancer. More specifically, it is a method for predicting responsiveness to cancer drug therapy in patients with colorectal cancer, and the DNA methylation level in a test subject's colorectal cancer tissue, colorectal cancer cells, or a sample containing DNA derived from colorectal cancer cells.
