PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the simplification of recognition of non-operating or operating setting mode and the identification and good design of the whole appearance of each mode with respect to a content discharge mechanism capable of selectively setting the non-operating mode where discharge operation is impossible with the discharge operating part covered with a cover body and the operation mode where discharge operation is possible with the discharge operating part exposed, depending upon the circumferential turning operation of a discharge effector and the cover body.
