Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to formulations, methods of treatment, kits, and dosage forms for treating inflammatory disorders or cancers such as atopic dermatitis, where the formulation comprises a drug substance. The formulations provided include granules, which are: micronized active ingredient; one or more granulating binders; one or more fillers; one or more disintegrants; and one. Alternatively, it contains a plurality of antioxidants. In one embodiment, the method of treatment comprises orally administering the active ingredient to a subject suffering from atopic dermatitis, wherein the amount of active ingredient is about 20 mg to about 80 mg.
