PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture nanoparticles by solving the following four problems: first, nanoparticles can be manufactured by using inexpensive raw materials and continuously conducting simple treatments; second, nanoparticles containing no impurity can be manufactured; third, there is no limitation of the amount of nanoparticles which can be manufactured; and individual nanoparticles can be dispersed in a liquid medium.
