The device has a body (1) defining a channel (2) having two end portions (3) receiving two ends of a tube. Each end portion is provided with a recess (5) for receiving a sealing element (7) to grip one tube end, and an abutment surface (8) to oppose depression of the sealing element in the body. An elastically deformable conduction element (9) e.g. metal wire, includes ends (10) bearing against the abutment surfaces, and an intermediate curved portion (13) protruding into the channel to bear against the outer surface of the tube ends to provide electrical continuity between the tube ends.
