The present invention discloses a recycling method, a recycling system and a water storage system for recycling materials from used absorbent articles. The recycling method includes (a) a step of cleaning dirt adhering to the used absorbent article with the first solution, and (b) a step of dehydrating the washed absorbent article using a hypertonic solution, ( c) crushing the dehydrated absorbent article, and (d) placing the crushed absorbent article in a second solution so as to recycle the material according to the specific gravity of the individual materials.
