The system, comprises: a messaging module (1410) that is configured to access an electronic message from a customer of a service provider, wherein the electronic message includes content representing a request from the customer to provide one or more services that combine to fulfill a goal; a services module (1430) that is configured to identify one or more sub-contractors capable of providing the one or more of the services that combine to fulfill the goal; a journey module (1440) that is configured to determine a journey of actions to be performed with respect to the identified sub-contractors to fulfill the goal; and an action module (1450) that is configured to perform the actions within the selected journey of actions.
