Described is a device for reducing fumes, dust and odours of a gaseous fluid which comprises an inlet duct (3) of the gaseous fluid to be processed and an outlet duct (4) of the gaseous fluid processed by the device (1 ) and a closed tank (5) for processing the gaseous fluid; more specifically, the inlet duct (3) is in communication with the tank (5) through an inlet opening (3a) and the outlet duct (4) is in communication with the tank (5) through an outlet opening (4a); a hydraulic system (7) for conveying a processing fluid, in particular water, entering and leaving the processing tank (5); the hydraulic system (7) comprises means (16) for dispensing the nebulised processing fluid positioned inside the tank (5) at a height which is greater than the inlet opening (3a) of the inlet duct (3) of the tank and the outlet opening (4a) of the outlet duct (4); during the path of the gaseous fluid in the tank (5) from the inlet opening (3a) of the inlet duct (3) to the outlet opening (4a) of the outlet duct (4), the dispensing means (16) are configured for continuously dispensing the nebulised processing fluid on the gaseous fluid.
