A multi-axis rotational puzzle cube has a core unit (10) and multiple first operating assemblies (20, 30) rotatably assembled to the core unit (10). Each one of the multiple operating assemblies (20, 30) has an operating unit (21, 31) connected to the core unit (10), a snap rivet (22, 32) connected to the operating unit (21, 31) inside the core unit (10), a blocking tube (23, 33) mounted around and stuck with the snap rivet (22, 32), and a compression spring (24, 34) mounted around the snap rivet (22, 32) and abutting against the core unit (10) and the blocking tube (23, 33) simultaneously. The multiple operating assemblies (20, 30) are multiple first operating assemblies (20) and multiple second operating assemblies (30).
