This research’s title is Yogyakarta police efforts in tackling childudtrafficking. The purpose of this paper are: 1. To determine the Yogyakarta policeudefforts in tackling child trafficking crime, 2. To determine the Yogyakarta policeudin tackling the problem of trafficking of children, 3. To find out how theudYogyakarta police facing obstacles in tackling child trafficking. Legal writing thisudusing a type of normative as the main data used secondary data, in the form ofuddata obtained from library materials. The methods used to process and analyze theuddata obtained in the research was the qualitative analysis. The result of this studyudshowed that a tackling child trafficking a criminal offence can be efforts by wayudoff 1st Pre-emptif, with increased public education, increased public knowlegdeudthrough acts need to be any warranty accessibility for families, 2nd Preventive withuda second mapping crime in child trafficking Indonesia either for domesticudpurposes as well as seek abroad as well as tackling the causes of the occurrence ofudchild trafficking a criminal offence, 3rd Repressive, with law enforcement andudapplying stric sanctions for perpetrators of criminal acts of trafficking children.
