Sehingga penurunan massa limbah plastik hasil kombinasi teknologi pirolisis dan biodegradasi adalah sebesar 82,3651%.udKata kunci: limbah plastik, pirolisis, biodegradasi, Pseudomonas spudAbstractudPyrolysis is the chemical decomposition of organic material with a heating process with less or no oxygen or other reagents, in which the raw material will undergo breakdown of the chemical structure into the gas phase. The pyrolysis performed in a reactor with a reduction atmosphere (not air) at temperatures up to 800 oC. Plastic waste through the pyrolysis process is able to be converted into petrochemical feedstock such as naphtha, liquid and gas hydrocarbons and wax as well as base oils for lubricants. processing of plastic waste by pyrolysis process has the disadvantage of inefficient on a large scale manufacture of reactors in this case caused by the occurrence of bubling, channeling, and less economical so that still leaves a residue. To overcome the disadvantages of the pyrolysis process required an additional process to completely degrade plastic waste residual result of the pyrolysis process. The method used is by biodegradation using bacteria Pseudomonas sp. Pseudomonas sp is hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria capable of degrading various types of hydrocarbons. The experimental results pyrolysis at temperatures of 300 oC and 400 oC highest loss of mass is at the operating time of 60 minutes and the temperature of 400 oC with a mass reduction of 82.3651%. To degrade the pyrolysis residue is done by bacteria Pseudomonas sp which has been isolated from hydrocarbon contaminated environments. Based on the results of biodegradation by Winogradsky column method, pyrolysis residual mass loss as much as 2.2411% for a month. So that the mass reduction of plastic waste pyrolysis technology and the result of a combination of biodegradation amounted to 82.3651%.udKeywords: plastic waste, pyrolysis, biodegrade, Pseudomonas sp
