Deviations phenomenon performed by employees in public organizationsudthat can affect employee performance and career is an indicator that we need audprecise model of leadership that should be cultivated in the organization as audsolution of the problem. Appropriate model to address these needs is spiritualudleadership, which is an emerging theory and a lot of attention and has become anudinteresting study in the field of current research.udThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of SpiritualudLeadership and the dimensions of Self-Concept with Career Management andudProductivity. This study is a replication study with a questionnaire as a dataudcollection method. A total of 185 civil servants (PNS) Sukoharjo participate asudrespondents.udBased on the analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM), concludedudthat there is a positive relationship between spiritual leadership with bothuddimensions of self-concept, but it also showed a positive relationship betweenuddimensions of self-concept and career management and productivity. The role ofudmediating variables also proved in this study.udBased on the results of the study, expected to provide input for Sukoharjoudregency in determining policy and enhance the role of spiritual leadership in theudSukoharjo regency to develop career management and employee productivity.udKeywords: Spiritual Leadership, Self-Concept, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, CareerudManagement, Productivity
