It defines and develops websites usability issue: features, elements, principles and benefits that result from applying usability in interface design, content organization,user interaction, navigation and information retrieval. The following describes the User-Centered Design, DCU, and comprehensive process of applying the principles ofusability to the real needs of users. Finally we offer some advice and recommendations to optimize the usability of the Web site of a unit of information.
