Dicorbel is a company dedicated to the sale of school supplies, books and office supplies, which is located in the south of Quito. The company has obtained a significant share in the market due to the variety of products, competitive prices and personalized service that it provides to its customers. However in the last years there have been some changes made by the Government, which have been a threat to the sector that is dedicated to this activity. These measures have led companies to seek competitive alternatives in the marketplace.This project seeks to create value in the company through highly structured strategies for greater participation in the target market. The following commercial, administrative and financial restructuring allow an SME to compete with large companies located in the same sector, leveraging its existing competitive advantages. It proposes some important changes that will improve the efficiency of processes and enhancing the sales of the company gradually, always considering customer satisfaction.
