This work includes a compilation of the theory of communication and its edges, described by the exponents of this discipline of social sciences. It establishes a framework of literature that can be used as the axis to carry out a full and informed communication work.In addition, the creation of a crisis communication agency is developed to have an introduction to the working world in one of the most interesting branches of communication.Finally, internal communication strategies are developed based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the problems that surround the collaborators of Fundación CRISFE, which was accepted and applied by the directors of communication in this company. This added to a global communication plan to promote CRISFE with its external publics.
