The source of this research is based on the phenomenon we see there are many cases ofudcrime of fraud in cyberspace. Consumer initially has always given the cases of access to facilitiesudneeded goods, however if the consumer off guard to facilities needed goods, however if theudconsumer off guard it will pass like a fraud cases that has been in the news by the mass mediaudthat will be explained in the next chapter.udTheory that will be used in this research is the theory of interpersonal communication.udInterpersonal communication theory is the theory that the language of thoughts that occur withinudits over between internal actively involve the individual in the process of symbolic messages.udMethods used in this study is a qualitative method that aims to explain the phenomenonudwith the heathest.
