This study was conducted for the Monsanto Company to evaluate the acute oral toxicity of GMS 270T in rats. The study was performed at Bio/dynamics, Inc., Mettlers Road, East Millstone, New Jersey 08873, and followed a protocol based on the following guidelines: (1) FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act): Pesticide Assessment Guidelines, Subdivision F; Hazard Evaluation: Human and Domestic Animals; Office of Pesticide Programs, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Pesticide and Toxic Substances, November 1982; Section 81-1, Acute Oral Toxicity Study and (2) TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act): Health Effects Test Guidelines; Office of Toxic Substances; Office of Pesticides and Toxic Substances; United States Environmental Protection Agency, August 1982; Acute Exposure, Oral Toxicity. This report has been reviewed by the Quality Assurance Unit of Bio/dynamics, Inc. to assure its conformance with the protocol and raw data.
