Drug Quality Report System (DQRS) Annual Report: 1994

The Drug Quality Reporting System (DQRS) database receives drug qualityinformation from a variety of sources. Some sources omit segments of the DQRS form. However, as long as a specific marketed drug product is associated with a specific quality issue, the information is entered into the DQRS database in support of FDA's mission of prescription and nonprescription (OTC) drug product marketplace surveillance. All information entered into the database is product based and is not intended nor designed to be patient specific.
