摘要

In the past ten years the complementary tristimulus spectrophotometry, CTS, has seen its diverse applications though most researches remain in relatively simple systems, and less work has been involved in kinetic reactions. An attempt has been made on the investigation of some complicated systems containing rare earths and meta-acetylchlorophosphonazo (CPAmA) by using computer-aided CTS. The reactions of yttrium, cerium with CPAmA were chosen as the typical examples for studying their complex composition as well as characteristics of kinetic transformation. Additionally, simultaneous determination of scandium, yttrium, and cerium were also successfully achieved in the chemical environment which could effectively suppress the beta-reaction. All measurements were taken in comparison against the reagent blank.
