The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Commission) is responsible forenforcing Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and is authorized to bring civil actions under that title as it applies to private employers, employment agencies, labor organizations and labor-management committees. The litigation docket that follows is a compilation of all the ADA lawsuits brought by the Commission and the ADA cases that the Commission has pursued at the appellate level or has participated in an amicus capacity.
