The report assesses the feasibility of expanding a cement plant for the Peruvian company, Yura S.A. Expansion of the plant is needed in order to support increased production and the installation of new equipment. Volume IV, which contains the Capital Cost Estimate, is divided into the following sections: (1) Summary; (2) Electrical; (3) Mechanical; (4) Structural.
