Eastern States IVHS-CVO Institutional Issues Study. Final Report. Phase 2

Phase 2 of the Eastern States Intelligent Vehicle Highway System ComercialVehicle Operations (IVHS-CVO) Institutional Issues Study resulted in two major accomplishments. The first was the continuation of the CVO Regional Forum enabling the states to continue identifying and addressing regional CVO issues. The second was the selection of Delaware as the contracting state and the Eastern States Coalition as the states for the SAFER Data Mailox Field Operations Test.
