The Wisconsin Department of Transportation began building asphaltic concrete211u001epavements with a warranty specification in 1995. By the end of 1997, nine 211u001easphaltic warranty projects had been built. The purpose of the report is to 211u001ebriefly discuss the interim results/findings of this warranty program in order 211u001eto: keep interested parties informed of the progress of this new initiative; see 211u001eif modifications to the warranty program are needed; and help chart the future 211u001euse of warranties.
